In the spirit of Max Reese, shouldn’t you have given us genus and species on those leaves? What was the species of the ones you took from the Acer genus? Take any pictures of populous tremuloides? I’m sure they were quite spectacular this year.
Ah! it all makes sense now. My fascination with flora comes from the countless hours I spent trying to memorize the genus and species of 100+ leaves back in AP Biology. thanks Spig!
